The Group Information Technology Division (GITD) sets up advanced and comprehensive information technology infrastructure and strategic information systems. It ensures that quality information systems are fully utilized in every DCH Holdings business unit and subsidiary in Hong Kong and mainland China. It is also dedicated to the development of Web Technology to enhance and promote DCH Holdings' business operations to the e-commerce platform.

GITD set up Motor Business System for DCH Holdings' motor companies to facilitate vehicle sales, motor services and spare parts distribution. Motor Business System focuses on customer service excellence, operation efficiency and information management. Oracle ERP (Enterprises Resource Planning) was set up to support the business operation of General Trading. It combines significant performance improvements in purchase, logistics, sales and inventory. Human Resources System, Financial System and EIS (Enterprise Information System) have been set up and standardized in the group to provide efficient and useful information for management control and decisions. GITD will continue to explore and develop advanced IT products and professional services to support business strategies and development. GITD aims to, by using IT, achieve competitive advantage and increase the business value of DCH Holdings in Hong Kong and mainland China.
