DCH Holdings has been operating motor distribution in mainland China since 1979. Over the years, DCH Holdings has been focusing its energy on expanding motor operations into the vast mainland market. It is committed to advancing the marketing and distribution of motor vehicles in mainland China, and has established an efficient infrastructure to support this goal.

DCH Holdings holds national distributorships and city dealerships for 18 imported and domestic motor brands including Bentley, Bugatti, Beijing Hyundai, Dongfeng Honda, Dongfeng Nissan, FAW-Audi, FAW-Mazda, FAW-Toyota, Guangzhou Honda, Guangzhou Toyota, Haima, Isuzu, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, Qingling, Renault, SGM-Buick and SGM-Chevrolet. In order to maintain its high standards of professionalism, DCH Holdings has set up a number of 4S outlets in 18 major cities in mainland China.
Apart from motor distribution, parts distribution centres are in operation in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou for spare parts and auto equipment. Moreover, DCH Holdings is granted a motor leasing operation license and has set up a motor leasing company in Shanghai which provides comprehensive and excellent transport solutions to customers in Shanghai and Eastern China. In Beijing, DCH Holdings also establishes a motor leasing joint venture with COSCO H.K. (BEIJING) Investment Co. Ltd. with a branch set up in Tianjin. Quality motor leasing service is provided to customers in Beijing, Tianjin and nearby area.
Besides, the Aviation Support Division of DCH Holdings has also explored the aviation business by establishing two repair stations with Air China and China Eastern Airlines respectively. The repair stations, which are situated in Beijing Capital International Airport, Shanghai Pudong and Hongqiao International Airports, provide repair services for aircraft Unit Load Device (ULD) and aviation support service.
For the automotive parts and accessories business, the Group formed a JV with UMW, a listed company in Malaysia, for blending motor lubricant oil. Construction of the lubrication oil blending plant in Xinhui will begin in 2009 and is expected to be completed by 2010.
