DCH Holdings Supported Oxfam Trailwalker 2009

The yearly Oxfam Trailwalker was held from 20 to 22 November. DCH Holdings, carrying the corporate social responsibility, gave full support to this fund-raising event. Apart from sponsoring food and beverages to the Trailwalkers, two teams from DCH Holdings, the DCH Team and Sims Team, participated in this challenging event of completing the 100km Mac Lehose Trail and other trail to support Oxfam’s poverty alleviation projects around the world, showing their great determination and commitment in overcoming all the obstacles and difficulties along the trail. Staff of DCH Holdings also joined the support team, which provided supplies, back up and alleviated exhaustion for Trailwalkers during the trail. “Trekking 100km Against Poverty and Climate Change” was the designated theme of Oxfam Trailwalker 2009. In addition to joining the Trailwalker, staff of DCH Holdings also supported the event by making generous donations and the fund raised will serve to support Oxfam's work against poverty and climate change. DCH Holdings takes great pleasure to make contribution to the charity and help the people in need by supporting this meaningful event.
